Project Impact

    The Challenge

WC-only coverage did not eliminate broader insurance-document requirements. Contractors enrolling for workers’ compensation still had to provide compliant General Liability and excess documentation before mobilization, while project teams also needed to identify awarded and lower-tier firms early enough to begin enrollment. When award information arrived late, enrollment packages could remain on hold and additional backdating coordination could be required.

    CR Solutions’ Role

CR Solutions worked with Bozzuto, the broker, and carrier to simplify award notification by using copied Letters of Intent in place of a separate Notice of Award form. CRS also administered contractor participation, verified insurance credits under deduct and alternate-add structures, reviewed off-site insurance documentation, and refined internal workflows to manage WC-only enrollment alongside broader insurance-compliance requirements across successive project series.

  • The Value

The revised notification approach gave CRS an earlier and more consistent starting point for enrollment while establishing a repeatable process across the portfolio. Each project could follow the same administrative framework while retaining project-specific review of participation, insurance credits, lower-tier activity, and off-site insurance documentation.

Project Takeaway

Bozzuto’s rolling WC-only CCIP demonstrates that a single-line wrap-up can still require broad participation, credit, and insurance-document controls across a varied residential portfolio. CRS applied a repeatable administrative structure while adapting award notification, enrollment, and review workflows to the requirements of each project and successive program series.

TEST

When an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popular in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus.
