I am the new AA on a project. A contractor just submitted their certificate, but it was emailed to the old AA. Why?

The certificate upload link sent to the contractor in the certificate deficiency notice is static. Basically, think of this upload as similar to contractor hitting “Reply” on an email. The contractor is replying to the team member who contacted them. Fortunately, this issue is short lived. The certificate request sends out every three business days. Consequently, a fresh email with a link associated with the current AA will be sent out shortly. Within a week of a team change, this should no longer be an issue.
