Formating 101
Expiring policy numbers must be formatted to match the exact formatting that is in the system at the time of renewal. For example, if your policy number is WC 1236 456-88 in the system, it can’t be WC123645688 or WC1236456-88 in the uploaded file. An easy way to do this is to pull your existing WC policy numbers from the bulk renewal overview report in step 1 of bulk renewal.
