, a nonprofit organization that works to revitalize communities by providing rehabilitation and home repairs to low-income Americans and US Veterans, was awarded $50,000 as part of the Maxwell House
Drops of Good campaign to revitalize the Adamsville Recreation Center in Atlanta. An event was planned for Wednesday, July 20
th to thank the Maxwell House people for their generous contribution.
Consolidated Risk Solutions pitched in on the 19
th to help them put the finishing touches on the center.
What did you do? We spent the day outdoors, pulling weeds and spreading mulch. Though we suffered a few blisters and lost a lot of fluids through all of our sweating, it was a very satisfying community service event as we were able to see the results of our labor by day’s end.
