Defaults to send to Insurance contact. If not available, payroll contact. If not available, project manager. If not available, it sends to the Account Associate
Which contracts receive it?
All contracts for selected development, with the exception of those who have wrap up type excluded and closed out true.
Why isn’t my policy an option in step 1?
Only policies with future expiration dates appear in step 1.
