In order to send, you must first set up the Development to include: Account Associate, Insurance Cost Template, Insurance Calculation Type, Wrap-Up Type, State, Payroll Range, and all the Contractor Toolbox Enrollment customizations found in AutoRoboto.

Triggered to send from the contract scope page by clicking “Send Enrollment Request” button.

If the estimated start date is within 30 days, automated requests will continue to send every 2 business days with the subject line increasing in urgency.

Who does it send to?
The enrollment request sends to everyone who is set up as an enrollment contact. Sending someone a request manually by clicking “Send Enrollment Request” automatically makes them an enrollment contact. If you have a second contact who also needs to receive the request, manually enter that contact on the contacts tab and give them the enrollment attribute.
