WHAT IS A WRAP-UP?

A wrap-up insurance program is a consolidated insurance plan that provides coverage for all eligible contractors and subcontractors working on a construction project. Instead of each contractor obtaining separate policies, a single Owner-Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) or Contractor-Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) streamlines coverage, reducing costs and ensuring compliance.
