I received an enrollment but it is missing the contractor. How did that happen?

It happened because, despite a clear warning message, someone confirmed the decision to enter information on the contract scope home page. A warning explains that this will likely cause problems. Most fields on this page are linked to the enrollment forms that the contractor fills out. If you save the contract scope page in Insight while the contractor is inputting information on the enrollment forms in Toolbox®, whatever you save (including a blank entry) will override what the contractor has entered.

Key Takeaway:  Read the alert carefully. And then decide if you should click continue; or better yet, heed the advice of the alert and refresh first. If you click continue willy nilly, you may create scenario where contract is missing the contractor name.
