In order to be considered compliant as far as the missing documents email is concerned.

  1. Rating and declaration pages must be current.
  2. Rating and declaration pages must be for the same state as the project.
  3. Rating and declaration pages must be marked compliant.

Note: Multiple files may be used to fulfill the rating and declaration page requirement. For example on a full wrap-up, where GL, XS and WC are required, three documents can be used, so long as all 3 documents are current and have the correct state assigned.

What dates are considered current?
Current means, the rating pages are current for either today’s date or start date, whichever is earlier. The idea is to obtain the rating pages that correspond to the time of bid.

State
In order to be compliant, rating and declaration pages must have the same state selected as the project. For example, if the project is in Arizona, the rating pages must have Arizona selected for this requirement to be satisfied.
