This contractor just entered their payroll, but the icon is still orange saying they are missing payroll. What’s up with that?

Upon entering payroll, the icon will not become green instantly. This is a big process and if we did this constantly, the system performance speed would suffer. For this reason, the system refreshes the icons every two hours.

There are a few exceptions to this rule:

1. If you backdate the start date, and additional payroll is due, the icon instantly updates to orange.
2. Changing a contract from monitor payroll false to monitor payroll true, the icon instantly updates to orange.
